ACT IV - The Play in Depth ( 4 Monthly Payments)
ACT IV - The Play in Depth is a 20-week course which allows participants to take a deeper dive into various acting techniques and styles. This is an opportunity to delve into character development and explore the elements of presenting a full production. IWD ACT III is a prerequisite.
Some key points we would focus on in the class:
Film Acting vs Stage Acting
Gain confidence in front of the camera
Building a relationship/partnership with the camera- learn eye line, hitting marks etc.
Script and scene analysis- what's the story beyond the text
Character Development
Learn how to work with technical elements on set
Learn how to perform consistently over the course of one scene with different shot set ups.
Gain knowledge of basic on set etiquette both behind and in front of the camera.
